Wrote earlier, but will repeat! After using four different hoses to connect without success, I complained! Not only did I get a refund, but I received a new SplashEZ in the mail plus an extra gift! The apology note attached was worth framing for all to see! Few or no businesses would offer such a generous apology!

I have the splash pad, which is fabulous, and got a voucher for a mini version of these toys. Unfortunately they were out of stock, but customer service was great and sent me these instead. They were super quick to respond to my email and I got my package the same week. The toys are cute, and I love that they are mold free. My daughter plays with them every night and hasn't gotten tired of them in the last two weeks. The tiger and frog are her faves. I'm hoping this company makes more bath toys. They will definitely have customers!
